Can I change the type of a Sub-budget: from Build to Run or vice versa?

For activities only, it is possible to change the sub-budget type.

To do this, edit the sub-plan record from the Finance or Portfolios module and change the value of the Sub-budgetType :

However, please note that you can also move Budget lines from one Sub-budget to another. 

From the Finance module, you need to do the following steps :

1. Create your new target sub-budget with the required type 
2. Select the first Budget line to be moved (1) and the new target Sub-budget (2). On the message that appears, "Confirm change", then save (3). 

       c. Proceed in the same way with the other lines

       d. From the Portfolios module, delete the project or activity corresponding to the emptied sub-budget
