I can't delete an extended budget: what should I do?
You can only delete an extended budget if there are no Committed items (Purchase orders and/or invoices) for the period concerned.
If there are purchase orders, you will need to :
- delete these purchase orders or, if they were created in a previous Fiscal year, temporarily change the order end date to the end of the last Fiscal year to be retained,
- delete the extended budget,
- recreate the purchase orders or change the end date of the amended purchase orders again.
When deleting, if the following error message appears :
Delete any Statements or Archives created during the fiscal year.
