Team management - Mass operations
Access your teams' update actions
To simplify
the management of your collaborators, Abraxio provides utilities that allow you to
carry out bulk operations on your teams.
These actions
are available from the "Teams" screen of the Management
module, via the "Actions" button at the top right:
Update Capacity
To develop
a more accurate workload, you can update the capacity of
collaborators from :
- Consumption
- Projected absences resulting from manual collaborator entry or API integration from the HRIS
When you
click on the capacity update action, the top bar will be replaced by a wizard
that will guide you through the operation.
o Period: The start and end months on which you want to run the operationo From: Fill in the source information of the update
There are two options available to update the capacity:- From Consumptionor- From Absences.In the case of Absences, an additional parameter is required to specify the expected behavior for months without planned absences. Two modes are available:
o Ignore: Capacity will not change over months without planned absences. It is not assumed that the employee will not be absent, but rather that the information is not yet available (the employee has not yet entered it into the HRIS or Abraxio)
o Set to 0: The capacity will be updated with the maximum working time of the month. It is assumed that the employee will not be absent during the month if no planned absence is available.
Step 2: Select the collaborators you want to update
When the required parameters are met, the collaborators in the list are
selectable, and columns to preview the result of the operation help you select
the collaborators to update.
Step 3: Run the update
When the operation is set up and the collaborators are selected, you can
run the update. At the end of the operation, a confirmation of the number of
collaborators assigned is displayed and you can download an execution report in
Excel field that contains the details of the updated collaborators.
