Configure your users' default communication preferences

Configure your users' default communication preferences

Introduction

With the platform administrator rights and the buyer rights , you can define, based on the subscriptions assigned to your users, the types of communications they will receive at the level:
- from the Abraxio platform ( newsletter emails, webinars, release notes)
- tasks (daily or weekly summary of tasks tracked).

These preferences will apply by default when creating new users.

By default, only users with a Manager or Project Manager subscription have access to all communications.
Info
Directors must receive Product communications.

Set default communication preferences

To set default communication preferences for all your users based on their subscription:
  1. Go to Admin Module > Administration > Configuration > Communications
  2. Choose options for each subscription or role for a task.

Task Notifications

Three types of emails can be sent per week to users associated with tasks:
  1. Task Assignment Notification Email ( Real Time )
  2. Summary email of modified or closed tasks — new ( daily )
  3. Summary email of overdue, to be processed, to be scheduled, recently processed, recently abandoned tasks ( weekly )

Notification of information about modified or closed tasks

This daily notification is added to those already existing to facilitate the monitoring of task operations.
This daily notification is separated into two parts:
Closed tasks
Modified tasks. In the "modified tasks" section, all modified fields are filled in as well as the users who made the modifications.

Idea
Please note:
  1. A user who decides to receive daily emails as a manager, requester and observer, will only receive a summary email with all the modifications made by third parties, regardless of their role on each of the tasks. On the other hand, if a user has subscribed to the weekly Monday email and the daily email, these two emails remain separate.
  2. The email on assigned tasks, sent in real time, remains independent and is not merged with any email
  3. The daily email is sent only on working days (excluding weekends). Changes made between Friday morning and Sunday evening are therefore transmitted in the Monday email.
