Set your users' default communication preferences
Introduction
With Platform Administrator rights and Buyer rights , you can define, based on the Subscriptions assigned to your users, the types of communications you want them to receive. These preferences will apply by default to the creation of new users.
By default, only users with a Manager or Project Manager subscription have access to all communications.
Administrators are required to receive Product communications.
Set default communication preferences
To set default communication preferences for all your users based on their subscription:
- Go to the Admin Module > Organisation > Preferences
- Choose options for each subscription
