View and customize the monthly budget schedule
From the Finance or Portfolios modules, you have the possibility on the "Budget - Detailed view" views to:
- View your budget as a monthly schedule
- Compare your budget to the consumption in the schedule or visualize the differences between the budget and the consumption.
View the monthly Budget schedule
To view the monthly budget schedule, navigate to a detailed budget view of your budget, then:
- Click on the “ Display ” button
- Activate the toggle button Show schedule
The monthly budget schedule is displayed at the end of the budget table on the right:
From the schedule, you can modify the budget- To display the costing window, double-click on the budget cell:
Customize the monthly budget schedule
The budget schedule is customizable. Customization settings depend on your budget settings and the module you are viewing it from. All parameters are accessible from the schedule display window:
The available options are:
- Choice of display unit:
- From the Finance module: € Cash-out or JxH or P&L
- From the Wallets module: € Cash-out or JxH
- Option to display data in Monthly or Cumulative
- Choice of one main data : Budget or Consumed
- Optional, choice of secondary data (two data displayed): Budget or Consumed. This data is displayed in italics next to the main data.
- Possibility of displaying the difference between the main data and the secondary data
To note :
- Column sorts/filters always apply to the main data,
- The display of consumption in P&L view is not available,
- The consumption is red if it is higher than the budget,
- As soon as the budget is visible (in main or secondary data), clicking on the cell opens a costing window,
- The schedule display settings are saved in the views.

Displaying the budget schedule in the Portfolio module on a project
The full project budget is displayed:
- Fiscal years in the “Closed” or “Closing” state in the Finance module are displayed in purple and cannot be modified,
- Exercises in the “In preparation” or “Active” state in the Finance module are displayed in blue and are editable,
- Each exercise can be Folded / Unfolded with the chevrons displayed to the right of the exercise name,
- Budgets relating to previous financial years not created in the Finance module are grouped in the “Previous Budgets” columns.
Display of the budget schedule in the Portfolio module on an activity or from the Finance module
By default, the current budget schedule is displayed. It is possible to display the previous or following exercises by clicking on the chevron on the right:
- Fiscal years in the “Closed” or “Closing” state in the Finance module cannot be modified.
