What does a user see with the collaborator Subscription ?

Modules accessible by the Collaborator Subscription


The modules visible to a Collaborator Subscription user depend on their settings. You can choose from the following two modules :
  1. Portfolios
  2. Suppliers

The Finance and Management modules are not accessible.
The cross-functional Documents and Tasks modules are always accessible.

  Scope

The scope cannot be configured for a Collaborator subscription user.
Their visibility perimeter will depend on their assignment to objects (Projects, Activities, Tasks).
He will see the entire supplier repository if he has access to the module and the projects and activities to which he is assigned as a team member.
