Abraxio API - General

Two API categories are available in Abraxio:
1. Transactional APIs (creation and updating of Abraxio data from your tools)

Goals :

  1. Fine and real-time integration of information or
  2. Bulk batch integration of certain information:
    1. Injection via API into a sandbox
    2. Integration of "unambiguous" lines
    3. Manual qualification of remaining lines

Available APIs:

  1. Extraction of times entered in Abraxio
  2. Injection of employee leave
  3. Mass injection of Orders on the “Suppliers” and “References” axes of budget lines
  4. Unit operations on projects: creation, modification, deletion
  5. Unit operations on suppliers: creation, modification, deletion
  6. Mass injection of invoices taking into account certain axes of the budget line
2. Reporting APIs (information center feed, BI tools)

Objective :

  1. Reading Abraxio information for external BI reporting (example: via Power BI)

API available:

  1. Budget Datasets: equivalent to the "Budget Row Data" tab of the Excel budget export
    1. Current budget
    2. Arrested
  2. Order datasets: equivalent to the "Order Data" tab of the Excel budget export "of the Excel budget export
  3. Invoice datasets: equivalent to the "Consumed Data" tab of the Excel budget export" of the Excel budget export
  4. Datasets Projects : list, identification, risk, planning, budgets
  5. Datasets Management: Collaborators, Situations, Assignments, Timesheets
  6. Datasets Suppliers: Suppliers, Contracts & deadlines, Ratings

3. Pricing information

These APIs are billed as 2 separate options:
  1. Reporting API option : This option allows you to read Abraxio data in order to produce external BI reports.
  2. Transactional API option : This option gives read, update, create and delete access to all APIs except "Datasets"
