Abraxio APIs - General


The APIs offered on the platform are available free of charge until 10/31/2024 inclusive.

Two categories of APIs are made available in Abraxio:

1. Unit data manipulation APIs

Goals :

  1. Fine, real-time integration of information or
  2. Mass batch integration of certain information:
    1. Injection via API into a sandbox
    2. Integration of “unambiguous” lines
    3. Manual qualification of the remaining lines

Available APIs:

  1. Extraction of times entered in Abraxio ( API consultation)
  2. Injection of employee leave (creation and consultation API)
  3. Mass injection of Orders on the “Suppliers” and “References” axes of budget lines

Future :

  1. Unit operations on orders and invoices: Cancellation of orders; modification; balance of orders
  2. Mass injection of Invoices taking into account certain areas of the budget line
  3. Unit operations on projects: Project creation and signage
  4. Completeness of mass injections of Orders by taking into account certain areas of the budget line

2. APIs dedicated to the external manipulation of business “datasets”

Objective :

  1. Reading Abraxio information for external BI reporting (example: via Power BI)

Available API:

  1. Budget Datasets: equivalent of the “Budget row data” tab of the budget Excel export
    1. Current budget
    2. Orders

Future :

  1. Project datasets
  2. Order/invoice datasets
  3. Datasets Management --> Teams / Profiles / Assignments

3. Pricing information

After the free period, these APIs will be billed in the form of 2 distinct options:

API consultation option

  1. Integrates API access for mass restitution needs (All “Datasets” available)
  2. Integrates read API access for all other APIs

Creation API option

  1. For all APIs excluding "Datasets" , includes API access for reading, updating, creation and deletion.
