Bulk operations on users
To facilitate the management of a large volume of users simultaneously, it is possible to use bulk operations.
These mass operations allow:
- Mass assign a role
- Copy access and authorizations
- Mass Invite
- Resend an invitation
- Cancel an invitation
- Deactivate a user
Access bulk operations on users
Bulk operations on users are accessible from the Admin Module > Users > Users Tab
Bulk assign a role to users
Click the “Mass Operation” drop-down menu and select “Assign Role”.
The " Role to assign " tab appears. Select the role you want to apply to multiple users.
All you have to do is select the users to whom you want to assign the role from the checkboxes that appear in the left column of your table.
Then click on “Apply”.
Your selected users are now assigned to the selected role.
Bulk Invite Users
To mass invite users:
1. Select the desired operation
2. Select the user(s)
3. Click on “ Apply ”
Resend, Cancel a Mass Invitation or Disable Mass Access
The procedure is the same as for Bulk Invite by selecting the desired operation.
Copy accesses and authorizations
To copy the accesses and authorizations of a user to another user:
1. Select the operation “ Copy access and authorizations ”
2. Select the user from which to copy access and authorizations
3. Select the user(s) for whom access and authorizations will need to be updated from the selected user
4. Click on “ Apply ”
The authorizations concerned are at the User level (Access to modules; scope and cross-functional rights). They do not concern functional authorizations such as access to projects / activities / Sub-budgets etc.
Bulk creation of users
