Team building: Management and managed teams
To manage your employees and their assignments, timesheets, etc. you need to create teams and define their managers.
They will be responsible for managing employees' capacities, their arrival and departure dates, validating their timesheets, etc.
In Abraxio, it is not necessary to rebuild a complete organizational chart. Only 2 levels are useful: Management and Teams in order to classify and manage your users.
- Access the Management module
- Click on “Manage Teams”
- Create directions then teams :
- Management : 1st level organization allowing to "classify" all the stakeholders of the Abraxio platform whether they are only referenced or actors with an access account to Abraxio. For example: IT Management, General Management, Marketing Management, etc.
- Team : 2nd level organization representing the managed units. For example: Infrastructure, User Support, Research and Development, etc. For each team, one or more managers must be designated. These will be the people in charge of monitoring the team's employees and who will have to validate, if any, the timesheets.
- Add employees to manage in teams:
- If the collaborators already exist , you can use the " Team Management " popup or access the Teams tab in the Management module.
- If you need to create new collaborators:
- Click on "+ Create a member" to individually create referenced users
- Or perform a bulk import at the top of the Management tab
See here for the link to the detailed article on bulk imports: Bulk Imports .
