1. Renaming of the "Management" Module to "Teams"
The "Management" module has been renamed "Teams".
We also took this opportunity to rename the "Teams" submenu to "Collaborators", which better reflects its purpose — giving access to the full list of collaborators.
This name change does not affect the APIs.
2. Time Entry Configuration Enhancements: New Options for Hourly and Actual-Time Input
a. Description
New time entry options have been added — it is now possible to define new modes for entering timesheets using hours and/or real time (with a daily total that can be less than or greater than 1).
These modes are designed to meet various use cases:
Improved comfort for team members entering very small portions of a workday (hourly input)
Partial time entry for professionals involved in IT projects (actual time input)
Accurate time tracking for billing, flexible schedules, on-call duties, or precise project costing (actual time and/or hourly input)
To support this flexibility, new configuration options have been added:
In the Administration module, under the configuration of the Teams module
Within each team member’s individual time entry settings
b. Configuration
Administration Module > Teams Module Settings
The configuration of the Teams module has been updated with:
These options will be disabled by default.
The addition of a "Default Configuration" for time entry through a new dedicated settings block:
Modification and Addition of Time Entry Configuration Options
A new "Entry Mode" field allows you to define the default time entry mode applied to collaborators when timesheet entry is enabled. Depending on the activated options, three entry modes may be available:
If the hourly or actual time entry options are enabled, additional settings will appear to configure these entry modes.
For more details on configuring timesheets, please refer to our dedicated article here: Team Module Configuration.
Data Migration:
- By default, the "Daily by days" mode has been set for your environment.
- This default configuration is applied to all users who enter time and for whom monthly entry is not enabled: for these users, the "Default Configuration" option is checked.
- For users with monthly entry enabled, the "Default Configuration" option is unchecked, and the "Monthly by days" mode has been applied. If the default configuration for time entry is modified, the change will apply to all collaborators managed under the "Default Configuration" mode (see below).
At the Collaborator Level
The "Timesheets" tab in a collaborator's configuration has been updated, allowing the setup of the new time entry modes:
- Addition of the "Default Configuration" Button: If the collaborator follows the default configuration, only the self-validation option can be modified. The rest of the configuration is read-only and driven by the default settings defined at the organizational level.
If the organization's default configuration is changed, the update automatically applies to all collaborators set to "Default Configuration."
Data Migration: Users with monthly entry enabled have the "Default Configuration" option unchecked.
- Time Entry: A dropdown menu allows selection among the time entry modes permitted at the organizational level: Monthly in days, Daily in days, Daily in hours
If the selected entry mode is "Daily by hours," the "Number of hours worked per day" field becomes visible (pre-filled with the organization's default value).
- Actual Time Entry: This option is visible if allowed at the organizational level. If enabled at the collaborator level, minimum and maximum values must be entered (pre-filled with the organization's default values).
At the Mass Operations Level for Collaborators
To configure time entry settings for multiple collaborators at once, we have added the "Configure Time Entry" option accessible via the "Actions" button:

This button allows you to:
- Enable time entry in bulk for the selected collaborators
- Apply the default time entry mode to the selected collaborators
- Apply a custom time entry configuration to the selected collaborators
c. Timesheets
In addition to the new entry modes, a UI redesign has been carried out on the timesheet detail view:

With this new version of the timesheets:
- The timesheet comment is now located in the top right corner, represented by a speech bubble icon.
- Hourly entry is done in the hh:mm format, with a conversion into days based on the number of hours defined for one working day.
- Actual time entry allows a timesheet to be submitted once the minimum expected duration has been entered for each day. It can exceed one full day, up to the maximum authorized duration.
d. Other Impacts
- From the Collaborators tab in the "Teams" module (formerly Management): Three new columns have been added:
- Default Configuration: Yes/No
- Hourly Entry: Yes/No
- Actual Time Entry: Yes/No
- User Import:
- The "Monthly Entry" column is no longer available.
- When time entry is enabled during user import, the user will be set to "Default Configuration."
- User Export: Three new columns have been added:
- Default Configuration: Yes/No
- Hourly Entry: Yes/No
- Actual Time Entry: Yes/No
- PDF Export of Timesheets :
- A timesheet entered in hours can be exported in hours or days.
3. Addition of the VAT Field in the Order Export
A new field, "Total Order VAT," has been added to the order export.
It only appears if your Finance configuration is set to "Tax Included (TTC)" or "Both Tax Included and Excluded (TTC and HT)." It is located after the "Total Balance TTC" field.
This field is not included if the configuration is set to "Tax Excluded (HT)" only.
4. Integration of Collaborator Data into the Consumed Export
Excel export of the budget: enhancement of the "Consumed Data" tab.
New columns have been added after the "Reference" column in the Consumed Data tab of the budget Excel export:
- Profile (Code)
- Profile (Label)
- Team Analytical Axes (if configured in the environment)
These data are provided for both Time invoices and Compensation invoices.
5. Warning in Case of Future Alignment
A warning message has been added to prevent errors when performing an alignment based on future consumed data.
This warning appears in two cases:
- During the mass operation in the Teams module: Align capacity based on consumed

6. Workload Plan: Improved Default Opening Behaviour
If your collaborators enter time, the project/activity workload plan now opens by default on the most recent month with consumption.
If you do not manage time entry in Abraxio, the workload plan now opens:
- On the start month of the current fiscal year, if it falls within the project timeline
- On the last month with budget for a past project
- On the first month with budget for an upcoming project
7. Deadline Reminders: Option to Remove the Supervisor
It is now possible to remove the contract supervisor as the default recipient of deadline reminders.
Once removed, the supervisor will only receive reminders for deadlines where:
- They are the contract owner
- They have been explicitly added as a recipient
This option is available under: Admin > Configuration > Communications
8. Power BI Template – Portfolios Datasets
A new
Power BI data model, leveraging the latest API endpoints related to the
Portfolios module, is now available for download as an attachment in the article:
Abraxio API – Power BI Tutorial.

Access to this template requires the API – Datasets option and a valid API key.
