Introduction
Abraxio
allows you to manage your collaborator's planned absences in order to meet two
objectives:
- Pre-populate
timesheets and avoid double entry of absences for teams.
- Integrate future
absences for a more accurate and accurate adjustment of workload with regard to the capacity and availability of the teams.
- Go to the Admin/Configuration module and click the Management tab
- Set up an input mode
for your internal collaborators and external collaborators

Entry
Collaborators will be able to access the absence entry from:
- The Home Dashboard
- The Portfolios dashboard
The
forecast absence entry popin allows you to enter your absences for the current
year and the next:
Import API
If collaborator absences are already present in your HRIS, it is possible to import them into
Abraxio via API to avoid collaborators having to enter them twice.
Two API
methods are available to set up this synchronization, find the detailed

Timesheets
Projected
absences entered by collaborators or from the API are automatically entered into the timesheets.
Collaborator Capacity
Planned
absences fill in a read-only line in the collaborator's configuration over time. These absences do not have a
direct impact on capacity since it is not possible to determine the
completeness of the collaborator's absence entry for the month. This operation of
updating capacity from absences is therefore in the hands of managers, two
methods are available:
- Manual Mode:
To update
an employee's capacity over a month, from the employee's Budget tab, you can
find information on projected absences and report it to the absence line in
order to update the capacity
- Bulk Operation:
From the
Management/Teams screen, an "Actions" button is available with an
"Update capacity" option that allows you to start updating the
capacity from planned absences over a given period and for a selection of
collaborators.
