Cross-functional configuration

Instances section

This section allows you to configure the list of available Instances for the Decision object in Abraxio.
Two default instances are provided. You can then:

  • Create new instances

  • Rename the default instances

  • Delete instances (only possible if no decision is linked to the instance to be deleted)

  • Disable obsolete instances in order to archive them


Decisions section

This section allows you to manage the automatic numbering of the Decision object.
Automatic reference generation at decision creation is enabled by default on all environments. You can:

  • Disable automatic numbering

  • Customize the automatic numbering (prefix and next number)


Notes section

This section allows you to customize the Note types available on Projects/Activities, Suppliers, and Contracts.
Three note types are created by default in the environment. You can then:

  • Edit the labels of the default note types

  • Create new note types

  • Change the colors associated with note types

  • Disable obsolete note types in order to archive them

  • Delete note types (only possible if no note is linked to the type to be deleted)
