Access to the configuration

When the logged-in user has administrative rights, all module configuration elements are accessible either individually from the relevant screens, or globally from the Administration menu located in the left-hand bar. .

1. Select the "Configuration" submenu

1. Portfolios : configuration of the Project Portfolios module (default portfolios, reference management, weather settings, value analysis axis settings)
   
2. Suppliers : Configuring the Suppliers module (contract management)
   
3. Finance : configuration of the Finance module (VAT, VAT/TTC management, fixed assets, financial views, invoice management)
   
4. Teams : Management module configuration (timesheets and holiday calendar)
   
5. Cross-functional : configuration of Notes and Decisions, transversal to several modules and objects in abraxio
   
6. List of values : configuration of analytical axes for the Finance, Projects and Resources modules
   
7. Communications : Configuring email communication related to Abraxio (newsletter, webinars, release notes) and tasks
