Access to module configuration

Accessing the configuration

If the logged-in user has administration rights, all module configuration items can be accessed either individually from the relevant screens, or globally from the Administration menu in the left bar.
  1. Select the “Configuration” sub-menu


  1. Then select the tab you want:



  1. Portfolios: Configuration of the Activity Project Portfolios module (default portfolios, baseline management, status report settings, value analysis axis settings)
  2. Suppliers: Configuration of the Suppliers module (contract management)
  3. Finance: Finance module configuration (VAT, VAT/CAPEX management, fixed assets, financial views, invoice management)
  4. Management: Configuration of the Management module (time tracking and holiday calendar)
  5. List of values: Configuration of analytical dimensions for all the modules
