Access to configuration

When the logged in user has administration rights, all module configuration elements are accessible either individually from the relevant screens or globally from the Administration menu located in the left bar. .
  1. Select the “Configuration” submenu


  1. Then select the desired tab:

  1. Portfolios : configuration of the Activity Project Portfolios module (default portfolios, reference management, weather settings, value analysis axes settings)
  2. Suppliers : configuration of the Suppliers module (contract management)
  3. Finance : configuration of the Finance module (VAT, management excluding VAT/including VAT, fixed assets, financial views, invoice management)
  4. Management : configuration of the Management module (timesheets and holiday calendar)
  5. List of values : configuration of the analytical axes of the Finance, Projects and Resources modules
  6. Communications : configuration of email communication linked to Abraxio (Newsletter, webinars, release note) and tasks
