In Abraxio, Notes are designed to address two complementary needs:
to document important information that should be visible to all authorized collaborators, and to capture personal, “post-it”-style notes intended solely for their author.
Notes can be attached to the following objects: projects, activities, suppliers, and contracts.
1. Note content and behavior
When created, a note includes:
A free-text field
A note type, defined in the Admin configuration
A date (defaulting to the current date, editable without restriction)
A public / private status:
Private notes are visible only to their creator
Public notes are visible to anyone with access to the parent object

Notes are sorted from oldest to newest and can be:
Edited, deleted, and pinned (pinned notes are displayed at the top regardless of date)
Filtered by:
Type
Author
Visibility (option to hide private notes)
For suppliers/contracts: option to hide contract-related notes
2. Creation and consultation
Notes are accessible only from the object to which they are attached. The side panel closes as soon as the user leaves the object.
Unlike other functional panels:
Notes do not persist at the module level (unlike decisions)
Notes do not persist globally across the platform (unlike tasks)
A note can be created:
- Via the + button in the top-right corner of the object
Via the three-dot contextual menu
From the Notes section in the Management tab
(or the Contract tab in the case of contracts)

3. Permissions
Creation
Consultation
Private notes: visible only to their author
Public notes: visible to any collaborator with read access to the parent object
Editing
A user may edit only their own notes
An administrator may edit all public notes, provided they have edit rights on the parent object
(same permissions as creation, plus Admin rights)
Deletion
A user may delete only their own notes
An administrator may delete all public notes, provided they have edit rights on the parent object
(same permissions as creation, plus Admin rights)
4. Configuration of note types
Note types are configured in Admin → Configuration → Cross-functional.
Available features:
Three default types are provided: Information, Idea, Alert (editable or removable)
Up to six note types can be created in total
A color must be assigned to each type
A type can be deactivated, in which case it is no longer selectable when creating a note
