Suppliers - Enriching evaluations
The Supplier Assessment redesign aims to strengthen functionality to support you in complying with regulatory requirements that require periodic supplier reviews and monitoring of supplier-related risks.
The redesign of the supplier assessment aims to meet the following needs:
- Configure evaluation criteria from the Suppliers module configuration
- 4 customizable criteria are available to you in addition to the 4 existing criteria (Cost, Time, Quality and Relationship)
- criteria can be weighted according to their importance
- Record assessments to ensure follow-up over time
- Attach supporting documentation to each assessment

Portfolios - Simplified shifting of unstarted projects
It is now possible to postpone an unstarted project and all its associated elements in just a few clicks .
This feature allows project managers to:
- Easily reschedule a project during arbitrations or priority changes
- Immediately visualize the impact on budget and resources
- Automatically apply all changes without manual error
The project shift button appears as a pictogram in the top right corner of your screen:
Please note that the offset is only available when the project has not started, i.e. with a start date later than today's date. It is also necessary to have modification rights on the entire project (including the budget).
Once the project shift procedure has been launched, the following will be shifted simultaneously:
- The Gantt Project Schedule
- Budget lines that are not closed and do not contain orders, consumed items or timesheets being entered
- The assignments
- Simulations in progress
- The date of the next risk review
- Deadlines for open tasks

Enrichment of the Portfolios datasets API
We are enriching our APIs with the provision of employee assignments to projects and activities.
This route allows you to have a clear vision of who is affected, on which budget line and with what volume of JxH, directly via API.
The demo PowerBI available in this article has also been updated to include a new Assignments tab and this new route.
Other developments
Teams - Allow you to edit a collaborator's absences from the new Absence Tracking view
It is now possible to modify an absence from the " Absence Tracking " view provided you have modification rights for the employee in question.
Teams - Added budget line IDs in the Workload Plan and Timesheet exports
The export of the workload plan and that of the timesheets now has a column containing the ID of the budget lines, in order to facilitate the cross-referencing of information between the exports.
Teams - Addition of employee analytical axes in the workload plan export
The export of the workload plan contains the analytical axes of the employees (such as "Profile"). There is therefore a line for each period of the employee having at least one difference in the analytical axis values .
Teams - Added the ability to display the portfolio in the columns to be displayed on the PDF export of timesheets
From the Teams module configuration:
Finance - Added a "Label" field for order lines in invoice imports
A new " Order Line Label " field is available in invoice imports. This field improves invoice matching for multi-line orders.
Finance - Relaxation of the Resources ↔ Payroll lines link
In the “payroll” budget lines of the employees sub-budget:
- The resource is now optional
- When the resource is entered, the schedule is pre-populated with the amount entered in resource/12, but the schedule remains editable.
Finance - New version of the demo PowerBI with added treemap and consumables
Three new tabs are available in the new Power BI templates made available in this article :
- Treemap - Distribution by Category (Cigref) and Type :
- Treemap - Distribution by axes with choice of a Finance analytical axis and a Portfolios axis
- “ Consumption Analysis ” tab with monthly comparison between Budget and Consumption, Monthly consumption by project and monthly consumption by supplier.
