Release Notes Abraxio - July 16, 2025

A new version is available! Come and discover our new interface dedicated to viewing employee absences and our latest Abraxio features!

Viewing employee absences

If you have activated the absence entry functionality (See Article: How do I initialize the management of planned absences?), a new screen is available from Teams → Absence tracking, allowing you to view the forecasted and past absences of managed employees and teams.

I am then presented with the collaborators to whom I have consultation rights, displayed on a monthly basis, with each box representing a day.

Each line is specific to an employee. At the end of each line, I see the total number of one-off absences for the month.
Each column represents a day of the month. At the end of each column is the total number of employees absent on that day.

Color code:
  1. Blue: One-off absences (leave, illness, recuperation)
  2. Gray: Recurring absences (weekends, holidays, part-time)
  3. Light gray: The employee is not active during this period.

Activating the absence view

In order to access the absence view, two prerequisites must be met:
  1. I must have the right to view employees at : Assigned only to view the absences of employees in my teams, or All to view the absences of all employees.
  1. The entry of forecasted absences must be active from the menu Admin → Configuration → Teams :

Absence export

Available from the Teams module

Absence export allows you to export your employees' absences in Excel format for up to 12 months.

Automatic capacity updating from absences

From the menu Admin → Configuration → Teams, it is now possible to activate automatic capacity alignment from entered absences.

Alert
Please note that this parameter is set to No by default and is not retroactive to activation.
We recommend that you activate this parameter and perform a capacity alignment based on mass absences from the Teams module, in order to include absences already entered at a later date.
