Release Notes Abraxio - March 13th 2025

We are pleased to share with you our second Abraxio update of the year!

The main changes in this version concern :
  1. The redesign of work views
  2. The addition of project and activity templates
  3. Redisgn of project (or activity) creation workflow
  4. The introduction of a new “Sandbox Environment” paying option.
Other minor changes have also been introduced:
  1. Pinning of sub-budgets for imported projects
  2. Ability to hide employees who have left managed teams
  3. Addition of new reference currencies (GBP, AED, SGD and AUD)
  4. Added e-mail addresses when exporting budgets (“Order data” tab)
  5. Portfolio indicators modified to no longer include archived projects
  6. Moved the “Time qualification” section to the project identification area

Redesign of work views

This feature will enable :
  1. All users to access three types of views: private views, public views and standard views.
  2. All users to create customized private views
  3. Project Managers and Managers to be empowered to create and manage public views accessible by all users (depending on special rights from Admin > Users view).
  4. Admins to edit the Standard view by table (default view proposed by Abraxio)
  5. To Classify and group different views in folders
  6. To Manage all views in a single menu

Adding Project templates

This feature allows you to :
  1. Create and save your own Project (or Activity) templates: either from existing projects, or from scratch.
  2. Create new Projects (or Activities) from existing templates, using all or some of the template's elements (Project definition / Budget / Risks / Gantt Planning).

Redesign of the Project (or Activity) creation process

The project creation utility has been completely redesigned to make it easier to create Projects and Activities, with step-by-step wizard guidance.

New “Sandbox environment” option

This option gives you access to a “copy” sandbox environment of your production. 

This new offer allows you to :
  1. Generate an isolated Abraxio environment, either from your production data (at a given time) or from scratch.
  2. Delete / recreate the sandbox environment at will

Use cases for this option could be :
  1. Training users without compromising your real data
  2. Rethinking & testing a new structuring without impacting existing systems
  3. Testing new functionalities or settings
  4. Testing budget extensions
  5. Test integrations via subscribed APIs
The creation and management of this environment is carried out by the admins of the source environment, with the possibility of differentiated activation of current users of the production environment. 

Orange is the main color of a Sandbox not to be confused with the production environment
